Returns/Refunds

If you are a customer within the contiguous U.S. (excludes AK, HI &  Puerto Rico), and you would like to make a return and refund, the following criteria are required for a valid return and refund:

  • Return/refund request must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of product.
  • Complete the return form on our website or call us at 1-800-806-2611. All information requested on the return authorization form is required; incomplete return authorization forms will be automatically rejected. Return authorizations accepted by ALTAI® will be issued a free return shipping label.
  • Customer must return product to ALTAI® within 30 days of receiving return shipping label from ALTAI®; products received past 30 days of receiving return shipping label will be rejected for valid return/refund.
  • Product must be in new and unworn condition (boots should be tried on indoors on a clean surface)
  • For suspected warranty failure after normal use, see Warranty Exchanges below.
  • Hangtags must remain on the product.
  • Product must be returned in original packaging with any included accessories.
  • Free shipping on returns for contiguous U.S. customers only (excludes AK, HI & Puerto Rico); all other orders are subject to additional fees at the customer’s cost.
  • No refunds on discounted products. All sales on discounted products are final.

Size Exchanges

If you are a customer within the contiguous U.S. (excludes AK, HI & Puerto Rico), and you would like to make a size exchange, the following criteria are required for a size exchange:

  • Size exchange must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of product.
  • Complete the exchange form on our website or call us at 1-800-806-2611. All information requested on the size exchange form is required; incomplete size exchange forms will be automatically rejected. Size exchanges accepted by ALTAI® will be issued a free return shipping label.
  • Customer must return product to ALTAI® within 30 days of receiving return shipping label from ALTAI®; size exchange products received by ALTAI® past 30 days of customer receiving return shipping label will be rejected for free shipping on a replacement product.
  • Product must be in new and unworn condition (boots should be tried on indoors on a clean surface).
  • Hangtags must remain on the product.
  • Product must be returned in original packaging with any included accessories.
  • Free shipping on size exchanges for contiguous U.S. customers only (excludes AK, HI & Puerto Rico); all other orders are subject to additional fees at the customer’s cost.

Warranty Exchanges

Limited Standard Warranty Exchange
If you are a customer within the contiguous U.S. (excludes AK, HI & Puerto Rico) and if you believe your product failed within 180 days of product purchase, the following criteria are required for a valid, Limited Standard Warranty exchange.

  • Limited Standard Warranty exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of product.
  • Complete the warranty claim form on our website or call us at 1-800-806-2611. All information requested on the Limited Standard Warranty form is required; incomplete Limited Standard Warranty forms will be automatically rejected. Limited Standard Warranty exchanges accepted by ALTAI® will be issued a free return shipping label.
  • Customer must return product to ALTAI® within 30 days of receiving return shipping label from ALTAI®; returned products received by ALTAI® past 30 days of customer receiving return shipping label will be rejected for the replacement product.
  • Product must be returned in original packaging.
  • Free shipping on Limited Standard Warranty exchanges for contiguous U.S. customers only (excludes AK, HI & Puerto Rico); all other orders are subject to additional fees at the customer’s cost.

One Year Warranty Exchanges
If you are a customer within the contiguous U.S. (excludes AK, HI & Puerto Rico) who registered for the ALTAI® One Year Warranty, and if you believe your product failed within one calendar year of product purchase, the following criteria are required for a valid, One Year Warranty exchange.

  • One Year Warranty registration must be submitted and completed within 30 days of receipt of product.
  • Complete the Warranty Claim Form on our website or call us at 1-800-806-2611. All information requested on the One Year Warranty exchange form is required; incomplete One Year Warranty exchange forms will be automatically rejected. One Year Warranty exchanges accepted by ALTAI® will be issued a free return shipping label.
  • Customer must return product to ALTAI® within 30 days of receiving return shipping label from returned products received by ALTAI® past 30 days of customer receiving return shipping label will be rejected for the replacement product.
  • Product must be returned in original packaging.
  • Free shipping on One Year Warranty exchanges for contiguous U.S. customers only (excludes AK, HI & Puerto Rico); all other orders are subject to additional fees at the customer’s cost.
